Through my many years of owning and running restaurants, I’ve tried a myriad of POS systems and I am confident enough to say that all of them have fallen short compared to Open. For the past 3 years, we’ve been using their POS and restaurant management system for our restaurants and the few minor issues we’ve had, they’ve been very fast to fix them.
